Two ways to donate

Note: This donation page is only for people who DO NOT have a player to support. If you are wanting to donate through a player (participant), you will need to visit their donation page. Please ask the player for their donation page link.

OPTION 1 – Online

You can donate online, by clicking on the the DONATE NOW button below. You will be immediately redirected to the Windsor Regional Hospital Foundation donation form. Just simply fill out the form.

OPTION 2 – By Cheque

You can write a cheque and mail it to the Windsor Regional Hospital Foundation. See details below on what we need you to do.
